Peru: Live an Unforgettable Experience in the Wonders of Peru

Get ready for a day full of adventure, unique landscapes and living culture. Very early, around 5:00 a.m., we will depart from Lima in private transport toward the southern coast of Peru to enjoy an unforgettable day in Paracas and Ica, two fascinating destinations for their mix of nature, tradition and adrenaline.

Our first stop will be in Paracas, where we will board a boat to do the tour to the Ballestas Islands, known as the "Galápagos of Peru". You will sail among rock formations and observe an incredible variety of marine fauna: sea lions, Humboldt penguins and guano birds in their natural habitat, in addition to seeing the enigmatic geoglyph of El Candelabro, carved on the slope of the coastal desert.

Afterwards, we will continue to Ica, where we will visit a traditional winery, where you will enjoy a Creole lunch accompanied by a tasting of artisanal wines and piscos, made with local techniques passed down from generation to generation.

The next stop will be the magical Huacachina Oasis, surrounded by high golden dunes. Here you can live an exciting experience aboard the buggies and practice sandboarding, or simply relax and take spectacular photographs as the sun sets over the desert.

At the end of the afternoon, you will enjoy a special moment with a tasting of local liquors, accompanied by a live show of Afro-Peruvian music and dances, which bring the cultural roots of the Peruvian coast to life.

After this day full of energy, nature and tradition, we will return to Lima to spend the night in a 3-star hotel, ready to continue our route to the Andes.

After breakfast at your hotel in Lima, our team will transfer you to the airport to board the flight to the historic city of Cusco, located at more than 3,300 m.a.s.l. and considered the heart of the ancient Inca Empire. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff and transferred to your 3-star hotel so you can settle in comfortably and acclimatize before the afternoon tour.

In the afternoon, we will do a guided City Tour of Cusco, a city that fuses Inca heritage with colonial elegance. We will start with the visit to the majestic Cusco Cathedral, one of the most important in the country, built on ancient Inca temples and decorated with impressive works of Andean religious art.

Then you will get to know the legendary Temple of the Sun – Koricancha, where the perfectly assembled Inca structures combine with the colonial architecture of the Convent of Santo Domingo, creating a place full of history and symbolism.

The experience continues outside the historic center with the visit to Sacsayhuamán, a ceremonial fortress built with enormous stone blocks, some weighing more than 100 tons. From there, we will enjoy a privileged panoramic view of the entire city.

We will finish the tour by visiting three nearby archaeological sites: Qenqo, a ritual center carved in living rock; Pucapucara, an ancient Inca military checkpoint; and Tambomachay, known as the water temple, for its perfectly preserved ceremonial canals.

At the end of the tour, you will return to your hotel in Cusco to rest and prepare for the following days of adventure in the Peruvian Andes.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will begin a journey through the most surprising landscapes of the Sacred Valley. This day will take us to discover two of the most fascinating and innovative sites of the Inca legacy: the Maras salt mines and the Moray agricultural complex.

Our first stop will be at the ancient Maras salt mines, a set of more than 3,000 stepped pools where, to this day, local families extract salt in an artisanal way as their ancestors did. The landscape is simply hypnotic: white, shiny and framed by the mountains. Here you will have time to take unique photographs and learn about this ancestral process that has withstood the passage of the centuries.

Then, we will continue to Moray, an unusual and enigmatic archaeological site. Its concentric circular terraces form a gigantic agricultural amphitheater used by the Incas as a natural laboratory to experiment with crops in different microclimates. Its design demonstrates the advanced knowledge the ancient Peruvians had about agriculture, climate and ecology.

At the end of the visits, we will return to the city of Cusco, enjoying spectacular views of fields, mountains and traditional towns along the way. You will spend the night in your 3-star hotel, with recharged energy to continue the adventure.

This day is dedicated to exploring the spiritual and agricultural heart of the ancient Inca Empire: the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas. After breakfast at your hotel, we will begin a tour that combines history, culture, landscapes and local life, in a natural environment of indescribable beauty.

Our first stop will be at the Pisac Archaeological Complex, located high on a hill with agricultural terraces that dominate the valley. This site was an important religious, astronomical and agricultural center, and offers amazing panoramic views. Then, we will go down to the Pisac artisan market, famous for its textiles, ceramics and jewelry, where you can appreciate Andean creativity and acquire authentic souvenirs directly from local artisans.

Afterwards, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with typical ingredients of the valley, ideal to recharge before continuing.

In the afternoon, we will explore the majestic Ollantaytambo Archaeological Complex, a living Inca city where original streets, water systems and sacred temples are still preserved. This site was also the scene of one of the few battles in which the Incas successfully resisted the Spanish conquistadors.

After the guided tour, you will have free time in Ollantaytambo to keep discovering its charms. You can visit places such as the traditional Qosqo Ayllu neighborhood, walk along the cobblestone streets to the Pinkuylluna viewpoint, explore the remains of Qelloracay or simply relax in the central square, surrounded by history and mountains.

You will end the day with accommodation in a 3-star category hotel in Ollantaytambo, enjoying a quiet night in one of the most magical towns in Peru.

This will undoubtedly be one of the most anticipated and unforgettable days of your adventure through Peru. After breakfast at your hotel in Ollantaytambo, we will transfer you to the train station to begin the journey toward the legendary citadel of Machu Picchu, considered one of the 7 wonders of the modern world.

For approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, you will enjoy a scenic train journey that will take you through canyons, rivers and lush Andean landscapes until reaching the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo). From there, a comfortable bus will lead you on a winding ascent up the mountain to the main access of the sanctuary.

Once at the top, you will experience the emotion of standing in front of the majestic Machu Picchu, sacred city of the Incas nestled among mountains and wrapped in mystery. Together with a professional guide, you will tour its main sectors: the temple of the sun, the Intihuatana, the agricultural terraces, ceremonial enclosures and the impressive views from its terraces. This experience is not only visual, but spiritual: a moment of connection with history, nature and yourself.

After the exploration, you will return by bus to Machu Picchu Pueblo, where you will have free time for lunch (optional) or to buy souvenirs. Later, you will take the return train to Ollantaytambo, where our transport will be waiting to take you back to the city of Cusco, thus closing a day full of emotions.

You will spend the night in a 3-star category hotel, with your heart full of images that will remain etched forever.

This day will take you to one of the most impressive landscapes of the Peruvian Andes mountain range: the Humantay Lagoon, a natural jewel hidden at the foot of the majestic Salkantay snow peak.

Very early, around 4:30 a.m., we will leave Cusco in the direction of the town of Mollepata, where we will have a comforting breakfast. From there, we will ascend in our vehicle to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike.

Accompanied by our guide and surrounded by mountain landscapes, you will begin a 2 km hike (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes) along high-altitude trails, until reaching 4,200 m.a.s.l. There you will find the Humantay Lagoon, a turquoise water mirror fed by the meltwater of the glacier that bears the same name.

You will have enough time to admire the landscape, take unique photographs and live a moment of peace and connection with nature. The environment will give you a postcard setting: crystalline waters, snow-capped mountains and a silence that invites contemplation.

After the visit, we will begin the descent to Soraypampa and the subsequent return to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch with Andean dishes.

Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, where you can rest in your 3-star hotel, closing the penultimate day of your trip with images that will stay in your memory forever.

After a week full of adventures, learnings, unforgettable landscapes and magical moments, the time comes to say see you soon to Peru. At the previously coordinated time, our team will come by for you to carry out the transfer from your hotel to the Cusco airport, where you will board your return flight.
